Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

- Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Include your order number
We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items As all our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the case of damage or error on our part.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition with original packaging. Please contact us at 188967953@qq.com to initiate a cancellation.
Refunds If your refund request is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at 188967953@qq.com.
