Returns

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, style preference, or sizing issues. We encourage you to carefully review product details before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dollumico.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Return Shipping

In cases where a return is authorized due to damage or an incorrect item, we will provide instructions for the return process. For authorized returns of damaged/incorrect items, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost after carrier investigation, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement based on your preference.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

European Union Orders
