Processing Time All our products are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time We ship internationally via tracked shipping services. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- United States / Canada: 10–20 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Other regions: 15–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal delays.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Customs & Import Duties All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and taxes are covered by Dollumico — no additional charges upon delivery.
Combined Shipping We offer combined shipping for multiple items ordered together. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
